Established in April 2006 we are a new and modern practice offering more than 40 years experience between us. We are committed to customer care and are a friendly and approachable team.

Samantha Ullyott FCA

Samantha’s career began in 1991 when she started a training contract with a large independent practice in Hull. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in December 1995 and has recently become a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Samantha has worked in all aspects of practice throughout her career including audit, accounts preparation, corporate taxation, self-assessment, VAT consultancy, payroll, budgets and forecasting. The last five years of her career have been spent managing three rural offices for a large independent practice until negotiating the purchase of the Driffield office in April, 2006.

Kathy Harrison

Kathy began her career in accountancy in 1979, training with a small Chartered Accountants practice in Cleethorpes gaining experience in all aspects of the profession, specifically accountancy and tax return preparation, VAT, payroll and auditing.

In 1987 Kathy moved to the Hull based practice of HLB Kidsons (now Baker Tilly) where she worked as a senior in the business services department responsible for her own portfolio of clients, staff supervision and review of files.

Since 2003 Kathy has worked together with Samantha at this office and is responsible for day to day office activities including the preparation of client’s accounts, VAT and tax returns.

Sharon Falkingham

Sharon works with us providing payroll services to a number of our clients. She is a valuable member of the team who has been working in practice for four years.

She also has a number of her own clients who she carries out bookkeeping services for on Sage and in her spare time is a farm secretary.
